I have bought these cookies many times, and have shared with others as well. They are a lovely treat, and both my husband and I have confirmed that they don’t impact our blood glucose in any way (unlike some other supposedly low carb treats). It’s hard to find treats that are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and low carb, and are still delicious, but these check all the boxes. We’ve tried all the flavours, and this one is my favourite.
